More About my Work--Links to Video

I’ve been working with colleagues on mediation educational programs and trainings scheduled next summer. During the course of our work, we’ve reviewed speakers, and many of them have not published any video of their presentation. I’m finding it hard to evaluate options without being able to get a sense of how they present material and interact with the audience. Whether you are considering me to be your mediator, your attorney, your group facilitator, or you would like for me to speak at a workshop, you may be interested in watching your lawyer, mediator, or presenter at work! I’ve located a few of my presentations available on-line.

A few years ago, I presented my ongoing work on a restorative justice-based practice of law in a webinar at the Zehr Institute within the Center for Justice and Peace at Eastern Mennonite University. You may watch the full webinar here

This fall, I worked with third-year law student, Rachel Tinnes, at the University of Richmond, for a symposium on Restorative Justice. We explored the potential of using restorative justice for lawyer discipline processes. The full seminar is about five hours long, and I show up a little into the second hour. You may watch that program here

Many of my other programs are recorded but are only viewable at a cost, such as those for continuing legal education. Usually, I strive to have very interactive sessions. For a full list of my publications, workshops, presentations and job experience, you may review my C.V.

If you are interested in learning more about the programs I’ve presented or would like for me to facilitate a discussion with your organization, please contact me, and we can determine if I may be able to help you out.

Update: In April, 2021 my online interactive workshop—The First Five Minutes—is available on vimeo.
