Mediation: We mediate conflicts involving civil matters, family issues, business disputes, elder law, and many other areas.
Legal services: We provide unbundled legal services, representing parties in mediation, negotiation, early dispute resolution, estate planning, collaborative practices, and document preparation.
Restorative Justice: We facilitate restorative justice processes in criminal, juvenile, and child abuse and neglect matters. We also provide training and consultation for communities and organizations interested in restorative justice.

Waugh Law & Mediations works with clients to understand their goals, whether they are working to prevent a legal dispute or to resolve one. We collaborate to develop a strategy to meet those goals. Brenda relies on her training as a lawyer, her thirty-plus years in practicing law, and a master’s degree and extensive experience in conflict resolution to explore multiple options. Brenda brings negotiation and communication skills, mediation, and collaborative approaches to address legal problems. She brings broad experience designing restorative justice initiatives, conducting workshops and seminars, and creating publications to provide training and consultation services to communities and organizations.
