What is Restorative Justice?

Restorative Justice has been cited as a way to help communities and families overcome conflict in the healthiest way possible. Studies have shown that Restorative Justice improves educational outcomes for students. Additional research demonstrates that judicial systems are improved when by reducing recidivism and improving client satisfaction in judicial processes. In this course, students will gain the building blocks necessary to bring restorative justice to their communities.
